A few recent projects ranging from mixed-use to commercial to artist studios.

BRIDGEVIEW

FORM Building Solutions and South Block Properties served as the Owner-Developer on this mixed-use historical building which includes four residential units and 1,300 square feet of office space. The building was a condemned shell missing whole sections of floors and with significant damage to historical decorative elements, particularly the cornices. We developed this property self-performing much of the general construction work and managing the MEP and other sub-contractors. This project received Gold level LEED certification and also receive a Preservation Award from the Cincinnati Historical Association. This project was also covered in Green Builder Magazine, a nationally circulated magazine that focuses on green building.   

THE LITTLEFIELD

As Owner-Developers Form Building Solutions managed the entire construction process of this Northside Bourbon Bar and Restaurant. South Block Properties managed all pre-development work, financing and lease out to the restaurant owners. 

BRAZZE STREET STUDIOS

We worked with BAM Realty on the design, construction, and LEED certification and commissioning process for the Brazee Street Studios Campus.
