Cooper street town homes

FORM Building Solutions and South Block Properties are working as the Owner-Developer to renovate these five historic town homes in the South Block area of Northside. Additions to each of the town homes will transform them from modest two bedroom units to spacious three bedroom homes with two full baths. Construction is expected to be completed by July of 2016. LEGACY BARCADE

As Owner-Developers Form Building Solutions and South Block Properties secured a tenant prior to beginning construction phase of the arcade bar. Above the bar are three high-end one bedroom apartments. The bar and the apartments will be completed by the end of June, 2015. 

1222 Race Street

FORM Building Solutions is working in the capacity as a general contractor to manage the design-build phase for ground floor office space at 1222 Race Street. The build-out is being done in consultation with the owner and future tenant, Cincinnati Development Fund.
